The site has no user account, no customer area and no visitor database.

The quote request form works without server-side storage: the details you enter (service, product, quantity / MOQ, target country) are only used to pre-fill a message that you send yourself from your own mail client. Nothing is stored by the site before you send it.

When you contact us by email, phone or Messenger, we receive the information you choose to share (name, company, contact details, project description).

Purpose: answering your commercial enquiry, issuing a quotation and managing the business relationship.

Legal basis: LCC's legitimate interest in responding to a B2B enquiry, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data is handled by LCC's sales and production teams.

If you contact us through Messenger, the conversation transits via Meta services under their own terms and policies.

No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Commercial exchanges are kept for as long as needed to process the request, then for the duration of the business relationship and applicable statutory retention periods for commercial records.

Under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Tunisian personal data protection law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
